Contact lists we share

We sometimes give an advertising platform a list of customer contact details so we can reach people who have worked with us before. This does not happen in your browser, so no browser setting reaches it.

How We Handle Your Request

Opting out

We act on it without asking you to prove who you are. We only need enough to find you and stop the sharing. We do this within 15 business days.

Access, correction, deletion

These we verify, because handing your records to the wrong person would be worse than the delay. We will tell you exactly what we need, and we respond usually within 45 days.

Someone acting for you

An authorized agent can submit for you with your signed written permission. We may ask them for it, and we may confirm the request with you directly.

If we say no

Reply to our response to appeal. We will answer within 60 days, and if we still decline we will tell you how to complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency.

Sensitive Personal Information

Some states also give you the right to limit how a business uses sensitive information, such as a Social Security number, a financial account number, precise location, or the contents of your messages. We do not collect any of that through this website, so there is nothing here for us to limit. If that changes, this page and our privacy policy will change with it.
