FR Conversions full-size vans bring high-capacity accessible transportation to the RAM ProMaster and Ford Transit platforms. The ProMax (RAM ProMaster) delivers class-leading cabin width and a 6'4" standard interior height with a proprietary 7-rail OmniTrack floor system for maximum seat-position flexibility. The FleetStar (Ford Transit) accommodates up to 15 passengers or as many as 4 wheelchairs of any size, with a proprietary L-Track flooring system that is steel-reinforced and pull-tested to FMVSS/CMVSS standards.
Both platforms are crash-tested to meet or exceed FMVSS:214 (side impact) and FMVSS:301 (fuel system integrity) standards and are built in-house at FR Conversions' vertically integrated facility in Westminster, Maryland. Available in passenger, accessible, and secure transport configurations — all without requiring a CDL.

The FleetStar is built on the Ford Transit 350 chassis and uses a proprietary L-Track flooring system that accommodates up to 4 wheelchairs. The FleetStar offers a wider range of upfit options and supports nearly limitless seating configurations. Both platforms are crash-tested and carry a 3-year / 36,000-mile conversion warranty.
The ProMax is powered by the 3.6L Pentastar V6 with a TorqueFlite 9-speed automatic transmission. The FleetStar offers the 3.5L V6 PFDI engine as standard with an optional 3.5L V6 EcoBoost for additional power. Both are 50-state emissions compliant.
The standard lift is the Braun automatic wheelchair lift with rear or side entry and transmission interlock. Upgrades include the Braun Century 2 Series (34" platform, 1,000 lb capacity) and the Braun Millennium 2 Series (37" platform) for larger wheelchairs and power chairs.
FR Conversions provides a 3-year / 36,000-mile conversion warranty on all full-size van models, with extended warranty options available. The original chassis manufacturer (RAM or Ford) provides separate powertrain and bumper-to-bumper coverage. Carpenter Bus offers PlatinumCare (8 years, unlimited miles, bumper to bumper) free for churches and senior care communities only; other buyers get SilverCare free (5 years or 60,000 miles, entire vehicle, bumper to bumper) and may upgrade to GoldCare ($800, 7 years or 70,000 miles).
