Refurbishing your bus begins with a call to Carpenter Bus. Their Refurbishing Department will get some basic information on your bus over the phone and make arrangements to see the bus. After a first-hand inspection, they will make recommendations about what they think needs to be done and discuss with you about upgrades or add-ons you would like (TV/DVD and monitor, new lettering or back-up camera, for instance). Next, they will send you a detailed Quote with estimated time to complete the work. Once the Quote is approved, the work begins.
