Passenger counts include the driver, and our largest buses carry up to 45 people. NCDMV requires a CDL with a Passenger endorsement, which includes a skills test, for any vehicle designed to carry 16 or more people. Child care centers also have their own driver rules. Confirm with NCDMV before you buy.
