Carpenter Bus Sales rents vehicles to churches, schools, and other organizations. All rented buses are picked up and brought back to our Franklin, TN location. Drivers must be provided by the organization renting the bus.

In order to provide a quote for a bus rental, we ask for 3 things:

1. The size of the bus needed,
2. The day the bus will be picked up and brought back to our facility, and
3. The itinerary of the trip planned to calculate mileage.

We have 4 bus sizes available for rental

Small bus - 15 passenger, including the driver seat
Does not require any special license to drive
Available with or without Rear Storage (RS) Area
Available with or without Wheelchair Lift

Medium bus - 25/26 passenger, including the driver seat
Requires a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a P (Passenger) endorsement
Available with or without Rear Storage (RS) Area

Large bus - (2 sizes) 33 or 41 passenger, including the driver seat
Requires a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a P (Passenger) endorsement

Important: Insurance requirements
Since we are not a rental company, we neither carry, nor offer rental insurance. Only organizations with the ability to aquire Hired Auto Insurance listing us as an Additional Insured and Loss Payee are able to rent our vehicles. This requirement does not allow for rentals of our buses to individuals. Click here for a sample of the insurance certificate needed in order to rent a vehicle from us.
